Emergency braking of drawworks is referred to as Class I system fault for short: if such system fault occurs, disconnect the AC and DC control circuits and immediately brake and park.
(1) Both ends pass windlass ;
(2) Brake system hydraulic pump station motor system fault;
(3) Mine winch operates in wrong direction;
(4) Actual operation of swing table stabilizer at all levels in the operation process of mine winch;
(5) High speed overspeed at both ends;
(6) The main motor loses excitation;
(7) Ensure control circuit tripping;
(8) Overworking current of DC main control circuit;
(9) DC main control circuit overvoltage protection;
The winch safety accident parking is referred to as Class II system failure for short: once such system failure occurs, the lifting equipment will automatically slow down according to the speed diagram, and park the vehicle by braking when the speed is less than 2m/s.
(1) Deformation of brake wheel of mine winch;
(2) Tail rope system fault;
(3) Fail to return to zero after emergency stop;
(4) The limit travel switch in actual operation fails;
(5) The protective door is opened when driving;
(6) Mine winch zero return motor system fault;
(7) High speed overspeed between two terminal phases.
The data signal prediction of the mine winch is referred to as Class III system failure for short: when such system failure occurs, there is no brake parking, only the data signal prediction of the acoustic and optical system failure occurs.
(1) The bearing temperature of DC main motor of mine winch is too high;
(2) DC actual operation working current grounding protection;
(3) The brake shoe is worn;
(4) The industrial lubricating oil pressure is abnormal;
(5) Mine winch exhaust system fault;
(6) DC main control circuit grounding protection.
