2 Basic principle of hydraulic winch

4. Maintenance of hydraulic winch 4.1 Strictly control the quality of hydraulic oil
Regularly check the quality standard of hydraulic oil. If it is found that the standard value is exceeded, replace it with new oil. It is not allowed to use different types of hydraulic oil for mixed use, otherwise the performance index of hydraulic winch will be affected. The time limit for replacing new oil varies according to different working conditions, and can be specified according to specific conditions. L-HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil must be used as hydraulic oil, and 10 # 'aviation hydraulic oil must be used in cold areas and winter (atmospheric temperature less than 10 ℃).
When the temperature is less than - 30 ℃, first run the oil pump with full load for 10~15min, then run the winch
Always pay attention to the level of the hydraulic oil tank and whether the hydraulic oil is normal. If there is a lot of foam, stop the machine in time to check whether the oil suction port of the hydraulic system leaks, whether the oil return port is below the oil level, and whether the hydraulic oil can enter the water emulsion.
4.2 Do a good job in safety inspection of working devices
1) Before each use, check whether the winch assembly screws can be tightened tightly and whether the steel rope is damaged. Ensure the orderly arrangement of steel ropes to avoid disordered ropes.
2) The working pressure in the hydraulic motor housing shall not be greater than 0.1MPa. The opening working pressure of the balance valve must be 0.1~~0.4MPa higher than the opening working pressure of the brake, otherwise the winch will tremble when it is released.
3》 When the winch is running continuously, pay attention to the temperature of the hydraulic oil tank. When the temperature exceeds 80 ℃, stop cooling to ensure the operation of the winch

4.3 It is forbidden to operate machinery and equipment "with fault"
1) If it is found that the working pressure of the system is abnormally increased during operation, stop the machine to check the cause. It can be used to check whether the leakage oil of the hydraulic motor is normal. Generally, when the hydraulic motor is running under load, the amount of oil exposed from the drain pipe for one minute is not allowed to exceed 1L. If there is a lot of oil leakage, it indicates that the hydraulic motor is damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced. If the hydraulic motor is intact, other components in the reel should be inspected.
2) During operation, the working condition of hydraulic winch and system shall be checked frequently. In case of abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise or abnormal pulsation of working pressure, the vehicle shall be parked in time to find out the cause and repair as soon as possible.
4.4 Replace the hydraulic oil as soon as possible
The medium load vehicle hydraulic oil 85W/90GL-4) in the winch gearbox shall be replaced after 1000 hours of operation. When replacing, first remove the magnetic screw plug on the reel, slowly rotate the reel to align the reel plug hole with the plug hole on the planetary gear box, then pull the hexagonal wrench on the removal plug to drain the dirty oil, then introduce clean hydraulic oil, remove the adhesive on the magnetic head, and then tighten each plug.
4.5 Common problems of parts replacement
When the hydraulic winch has problems, pay attention not to roughen or bruise the precision parts when replacing the high-precision parts, especially protect the movement and sealing surfaces of the parts. The removed parts shall be placed in a clean container to avoid collision with each other. During assembly, all parts shall be cleaned and dried, and cotton yarn, cloth head, etc. shall not be used to wipe hydraulic parts. A small amount of filtered lubricating oil shall be added to the matching parts. The removed parts shall be carefully inspected and repaired. Damaged or excessively worn parts shall be replaced. In principle, all seals shall be replaced.
