In my work, I often encounter consumer complaints about the poor use performance of cycloid, but many problems are known from detailed analysis that the problem of wrong use of cycloid fluid in practical application is widespread, resulting in poor use performance or damage of motor.

1、 Installation

    (1) Replace the original Herculen motor The fixed rubber bearing shall have sufficient compressive strength. When the system software has the impact of working pressure, the motor is not allowed to vibrate, which is very easy to damage the motor.

(2) The output shaft of the motor shall be coaxial with the axis of the coupling.

(3) When the inlet and return oil of the motor are seamless steel pipes, the ground stress of the pipeline should be completely solved, and the interaction effect of the pipeline on the motor is not allowed. When connecting the oil drain pipe, the return oil friction resistance should be below 0.3MPa. It should be independently connected to the car oil tank. If it is cut, it can be connected with other return oil pipelines in series. If the return oil friction resistance (back pressure type) of the special hydraulic motor for construction machinery is too high, the technical usability of the motor can be damaged.

(4) Before opening the motor for installation, fill the motor housing with clean gear oil from the two oil inlets. Turn the output shaft. If there is no abnormality, the computer can be installed.

    (5) Hydraulic motor of scissors truck The axial load installed on the motor output shaft shall not exceed the standard value, or it will endanger the reliability of the motor in operation and shorten its application period.

(6) When the fund is put into operation for 200 hours, the oil shall be changed and the oil filter shall be removed.
