Cycloid Oil motor Structure of:

1. Cycloidal needle of internal gear pair composed of rotor and stator Reducer Toothed pair is a part of torque generation. The stator is fixed on the housing together with the baffle plate and the rear cover plate, producing seven cavities that are only interconnected with the oil distribution holes of the housing. 

2. The oil distribution organization is composed of an oil distribution sleeve and a housing. The two ring grooves of the oil distribution sleeve are interconnected with the oil inlet and return holes of the housing respectively. Six of its twelve vertical grooves are connected to the oil inlet, and six are connected to the oil return holes of the housing to form the oil distribution stage.

3. The splined shafts on both sides of the coupling shaft are connected to the rotor and output shaft respectively. Its function is to transmit torque and ensure that the oil distribution sleeve and output shaft are in step with the rotor.

4. The function of the output shaft is to output the torque caused by the rotor according to the linkage shaft and drive the oil distribution sleeve to rotate in step.

Principle of rotary roller oil motor:

Inlet flow order: housing oil inlet hole → oil distribution ring sleeve groove → oil distribution sleeve longitudinal groove → housing oil distribution hole → diaphragm → stator.

Oil drain inflow sequence: stator → diaphragm → housing oil distribution hole → oil distribution sleeve longitudinal groove → oil distribution ring sleeve groove → housing oil return hole.
