Hydraulic motor It is a kind of equipment that converts hydraulic energy into mechanical kinetic energy. Its structural features mainly include the following aspects:

1. Rotor and stator: the key components of the hydraulic motor are the rotor and stator. The rotor is composed of gear blades or plunger, etc. The stator is mainly composed of the casing and the internal hydraulic oil circuit. When the hydraulic oil enters the motor, the friction between the rotor and stator will make the rotor rotate, thus generating mechanical kinetic energy.

2. Hydraulic oil circuit: hydraulic oil circuit of hydraulic motor includes oil inlet, oil outlet and internal hydraulic oil circuit. After the hydraulic oil enters the motor, it transmits energy to the rotor through the internal hydraulic oil circuit, thus forming mechanical kinetic energy, and then discharges from the oil outlet

3. Seals: The seals in the hydraulic motor mainly include shaft seal, end cover seal, piston seal, etc. The purpose of these seals is to avoid hydraulic oil leakage and ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic motor.

4. Motor housing: the housing of hydraulic motor is generally made of cast iron or aluminum alloy with good strength and corrosion resistance. The motor housing is used to protect the internal spare parts, and also plays the role of foundation support and fixation

In the structure of hydraulic motor, center expansion refers to the increase in the length of both sides of the central axis of the motor, generally to increase the output power and torque of the motor. There are two main ways to realize center expansion. One is to increase the length of rotor and stator, and the other is to increase the length of motor shell. No matter which method is selected, center expansion will increase the volume and weight of the motor, and also increase the production cost. Therefore, suitable hydraulic motor structure must be selected according to actual requirements and conditions in practical application.
