As a result, the housing pressure of the motor will be higher, causing the shaft seal to fail earlier. The case oil discharge pressure mentioned here is not the bursting pressure of the case, but the pressure that the dynamic seal of the motor output shaft can bear. In some manufacturers' motor models, only the back pressure is mentioned. In fact, the back pressure refers to the return oil pressure of the motor, not the case oil discharge pressure. During operation, the requirements for the case oil drain pressure of the cycloidal motor are as follows.

Generally, the case drain pressure of domestic axial flow distribution motors is less than 3.0 mpa, and that of disc flow distribution motors is less than 5.0 mpa, while that of axial flow distribution motors manufactured by Eaton Fluid Power (Jining) Co., Ltd. is 7.0-10.0 mpa, and that of disc flow distribution motors is 7.0 mpa. These information are clearly reflected in the motor model of the company. It should be noted that when the oil drain (internal drain) pressure of the motor housing is higher than its reference value, the external drain port of the motor housing must be connected to the oil tank, otherwise it will greatly interfere with the life of the motor shaft seal, or even cause the shaft seal to fail, resulting in oil leakage at the output shaft. In practice, it is not recommended that motors be used in series. On the contrary, in order to ensure the synchronization of many actuators, and at the same time to scientifically control costs on the premise of ensuring design quality, the cycloidal motor manufactured by Eaton has greatly optimized the pressure bearing capacity of the housing. For example, the case oil drainage pressure of the h/s/t series axial flow distribution motor has reached 10.3 mpa, The casing oil discharge pressure of the 2000 series disc flow distribution motor reaches 14.0 mpa, which effectively improves the ability of the motor to be used in series, brings an improved scheme to the design of the machine, reduces the flow of the pump source, and saves the cost of raw materials.
