2. Pilot oil circuit failure. This fault only exists in the excavator controlled by the servo motor, but not in the excavator controlled by the pedal support rod. The failure of the pilot oil circuit will lead to the insufficient working pressure of the pilot oil, which will lead to the failure of the control system software, which is mainly manifested as the failure of the entire mechanical action.

3. The transmission system connection between the hydraulic pump and the automobile engine is damaged. In that case, the automobile engine cannot push the hydraulic pump, and there will be no pressure oil output at the pump port, which will make the whole machine not work.

4. The front, rear, left and right hydraulic pumps are seriously damaged or destroyed, resulting in insufficient total output flow and working pressure of the pump, resulting in slow and weak mechanical action or complete inaction of the whole machine, and software failure of the output power adjustment system of the hydraulic pump.

When carrying out fault inspection, the inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the standard of having a target in view, first outside and then inside. The specific methods are as follows:

Check the gear oil quantity first. Cycloidal motor parameters If it is not enough, top up Z to check whether the oil suction and delivery pipe is cracked, whether the connector is loose and other similar conditions, which may lead to partial or serious suction of the gasoline pump; Check whether the oil suction filter element is blocked or flat, and replace it if any.
