3. Clean the coal, gangue and dirt around the machine head, motor and reducer.

5. The lapping of steel bars at the end of the scraper belt conveyor engine and the rotary cutter on the workbench shall be suitable.

8. When the rotary cutter is started up under some conditions of the bridge body, there should be no abnormal noise in the operation of all parts, and the scraper, transmission chain, and connecting ring should be free of torsion, twist twist, and bending deformation.
