(3) Check whether the clearance between the port shaft and the rotor hole is within the allowable range (see the note), and whether the rotation axis of the port shaft and the engine cylinder block hole is consistent. If it exceeds the specified value, reassemble it. If the clearance between the port shaft and the rotor hole exceeds 0.6 mm, or the port hole in the rotor is grooved circumferentially; When the clearance between the plunger pump and the rotor exceeds 0.05mm, and the clearance between the roller square shaft and the sliding rail exceeds 0.05mm, the motor in the curve graph of the low speed gear with large torque will be unable to rotate. If the two walking motors have different steps, the crawler direction will deviate.

(4) The oblique disc radial piston pump motor, after long-term high-speed operation, will expand the clearance of the motor output shaft support rolling bearing, and the radial positioning clearance will exceed the compensation value of the large disc torsion spring; The engine cylinder (rotor) and port plate were checked, because the four butterfly springs on the positioning rod of the management center could not press the rotor cylinder to the port plate normally (the fatigue limit of the disc spring was reduced, when the elasticity was reduced, the motor could operate normally in the hot state, and the deformation of the disc spring would increase in the hot state), which reduced the working capacity of the port plate and led to the motor's weak operation. When the clearance between the rotor and the cylinder hole exceeds 0.05mm, or the damage exceeds the standard value, the motor will be weak and run slowly.
