Matters that should be paid attention to in the application of hydraulic motor:

1. Filter: 23 μ m is highly recommended for normal industrial filter precision, and 75 μ m is allowed for low voltage, low speed gear or gap working conditions.

2. Viscosity: the characteristics can only be obtained under the excellent viscosity standard, so the viscosity of the motor under most working conditions should be in the range of 15-1000 cm, which ensures satisfactory operation

3. Leakage: the oil drain hole shall be connected to the e-mail box independently. Generally, the allowable larger working pressure of the lower housing is 0.1Mpa. If the working pressure is too high, it is easy to damage the skeleton seal and cause leakage.

    4、 Cycloidal hydraulic motor brake It can be installed at any position. The support frame for installing the motor must have sufficient rigidity. During installation, ensure that the main shaft bearing of the transmission system connected to the hydraulic motor and the coaxial cable of the output shaft of the hydraulic motor.

5. The large level part of the oil drain pipe shall be higher than the large level part of the motor housing to prevent the hydraulic oil in the motor housing from draining out.

6. Before the first operation, be sure to fill the liquid motor housing with gear oil to prevent damage.

    7、 Connecting rod free radial piston motor Strictly ensure the cleanliness of the connecting oil hole, and do not allow any solid dirt to enter.

8. Reducing the axial load on the outlet shaft of the hydraulic motor can increase the service life of the hydraulic motor.
