In the application of hydraulic motor, we often encounter different problems, but because Hydraulic motor The standard is unique in our work, and there are six unique points we must pay attention to when we apply it.

1、 When it is necessary to start the application with full load, pay attention to the starting torque shorting scale value of the hydraulic motor. Since the starting torque of the hydraulic motor is shorter than the rated torque, if ignored, the organization may not be able to operate during operation.

2、 Because Low speed high torque hydraulic motor The return mooring back pressure type of is higher than the atmospheric pressure, so the drain pipes of the motor need to be led back to the car oil tank independently, and cannot be connected with the return oil pipe of the hydraulic motor.

3、 Because the hydraulic motor will always leak, the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic motor will be closed to carry out braking, and it will still move slowly. When long-term braking is necessary, set the brake to avoid rotation.

4、 When the inertia force of the driven part is large (inertia torque is large or speed ratio is high), if the braking or regular and sequential running is achieved within a specified short period of time, a valve (buffer valve) should be set in the oil return passage to avoid the damage accident caused by the large amplitude of hydraulic machine impact.

6、 When quantitative analysis is applied to the motor, if starting and parking stability are expected, the necessary working pressure control or flow monitoring mode shall be selected in the design scheme of the control circuit.
