During operation, it is not allowed to operate under extremely low and stable rotating speed for a long time. Because,! At low speed, the flow entering the motor is less, and the leakage accounts for a large proportion, which leads to the decrease of volumetric efficiency and crawling. 2. Some regulations on daily maintenance of hydraulic motor

(1) Return oil back pressure

For the stability of motor operation, the corresponding return oil back pressure is specified Inner curve motor Otherwise, the roller will break away from the curved surface of the stator guide rail and cause collision, vibration, noise, and damage in serious cases. The back pressure value cannot be too large. According to the positive correlation between the torque of the hydraulic motor and its inlet and outlet pressure difference, when the inlet pressure is corresponding, when the back pressure becomes larger, the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the hydraulic motor will be reduced, so the hydraulic motor cannot rotate. Under normal conditions, the return oil back pressure shall be 0.3MPa~1.0MPa

(2) Oil drain line

The oil drain pipeline is generally not connected to the system oil return pipeline. For motors with cleaning system, the oil drain pipeline can be used as the cleaning oil return pipeline. When the motor shaft is installed in the horizontal direction, the oil drain pipe should be connected to the oil drain port at the top of the housing.

If the motor shaft is installed in the vertical direction, the oil drain pipe should be connected to the optional oil drain port of the upper end cover of the motor (Figure 2). If necessary, the appropriate back pressure can be increased on the oil drain pipe. The back pressure value should not be too large, or the axial seal ring will be damaged and cause leakage. The back pressure value should be controlled below 0.5MPa, During operation, the instantaneous peak value should be less than 0.8MPa, which can be known by measuring the pressure of the motor housing), so that the motor is always full of oil and can reduce the running noise of the motor.

(3) Add lubricating grease regularly

Because of the low rotation speed and heavy load of the internal curve multi action hydraulic motor, it is difficult for the rolling bearing inside to form a lubricating oil film, so it should be greased regularly, and the cycle is generally 2000h~3000h.

(4) Motor installation and replacement

When replacing the motor, try to make the motor output shaft less or less subjected to radial force, and ensure that the inner support bearing of the motor is not subjected to additional force, otherwise,

Long term use will tilt the oil distribution mechanism, affecting its service life. Therefore, the transmission shaft of the motor shall be concentric or flexible when connecting with other equipment during assembly. For motors containing torque arms, the motor and torque arm should be connected first during assembly, and then the torque arm should be stabilized to prevent damage to the housing or port shaft.

(5) Pay attention to capturing abnormal signals

Actively capture system fault signals and take effective measures in a timely manner. The sound, vibration and subtle changes in ambient temperature all represent problems with the motor. The motor has been used up, and there is internal structure leakage, and cluster leakage will increase with the increase of ambient temperature. Leakage from the internal structure can deform the seal ring and lining ring, so external leakage may also occur. For the judgment of motor internal leakage, our repair experience is: first cut off the oil return pipe of the motor, stop the system cleaning and disconnect the connection between the motor and the cleaning pipe, then adjust the system pressure to a very low level, after starting the oil pump, slowly adjust the pressure to the normal range, and the housing pressure change and leakage can be observed at the pressure measuring point and oil drain port of the motor, When necessary, the experiment can be carried out from two angles of front and back.

(6) Ensure that the hydraulic oil is clean

Keep the hydraulic oil as clean as possible. Most hydraulic motor system faults are hidden behind the quality of hydraulic oil. System failures are mostly caused by solid particles (particles), pollutants and gelatinous substances generated by overheating. The summary is that the hydraulic oil cleanliness of the hydraulic system including the hydraulic motor should be at least within the NAS9 level. Otherwise, the impurities and residues contained in the hydraulic oil will cause damage to the surface layer of friction parts in Madane, and the friction pairs will be damaged into grooves, leading to increased leakage.
