The external discharge oil pipe must be connected to the oil tank separately and must not be connected with other discharge oil pipes of the system.

The working temperature of the system is 30~60 ℃, and the oil temperature should not exceed 70 ℃.

When installing the motor, ensure that the output shaft is coaxial with the connector; Hydraulic motor reducer The bracket for installing the motor shall have sufficient rigidity.

The duration of the motor under peak load shall not exceed 6 seconds.

Recommended oil: 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil is used in northern areas. 68 for the south#

Wear resistant hydraulic oil, cleaning oil: ISO19/16.

When using the motor, try to make the output bearing produce torque as far as possible, without generating or reducing the additional bending moment caused by the radial load, otherwise the life of the bearing will be shortened. If the output shaft needs an external gear, the output shaft should be supported at the other end of the gear. Avoid the motor bearing large radial force and axial force as far as possible.
