1、 Gear motor equipment failure and solutions - 1. Reduction of rotation speed and output torque

·The oil provided is insufficient; Operating system pressure adjustment is not scientific; Hydraulic motor Damage; Large load ratio; Radial clearance deviation; The calculation and selection of models are not scientific.

-2 Excessive noise, accompanied by vibration and burning

·Gas infiltration into the operating system; The rolling bearing is damaged; The gap is too small; Poor gear engagement.

·2、 Troubleshooting and maintenance of hydraulic motor equipment

-1 Insufficient output rotation speed (underspeed), low output torque

·The clearance between rotor and port plate is too large or damaged due to scratch; The blade is stuck; The one-way valve and steel ball are damaged or the one-way valve flow channel is blocked; The surface of the stator inner curve is damaged and bruised; The torsion spring of the valve plate is damaged; The joints are not well fitted or tightened; The oil supplied by the hydraulic oil pump is insufficient; Insufficient oil pressure provided; The temperature is too high; The viscosity of hydraulic oil is not scientific.

-2. When the load increases, the rotation speed decreases greatly

·Basically the same reason as above; In addition, the back pressure at the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic motor is too large; Low inlet pressure.

-3. High noise and serious vibration (hydraulic motor shaft)

·The through axis degree of the coupling is poor; The rolling bearing is damaged; Internal curve scraping; The torsion spring at the bottom of blade is damaged; Both sides and top of the blade are damaged or scratched; The oil is rich in gas; Poor assembly or loose assembly screws; The pressure of the hydraulic oil pump is adjusted too high, which makes the hydraulic motor run overweight- 4 Large internal and external leakage

·The framework oil seal of bearing end cover is invalid or other hydraulic seals are damaged; The hose connector is not tightened; Valve plate flatness deviation or serious damage and contusion; The axial installation clearance is too large; Too high temperature or too low viscosity; The casting has cracks; The leaking oil pipe is not properly assembled.

-5 The hydraulic motor does not rotate or operate

·Low operating system pressure or no flow input; The size of hydraulic motor is small.

I-6 Speed cannot be controlled and adjusted

·Flow adjustment components and equipment failure; Variable hydraulic motor Variable structure failure - 7 rotating speed jitters at low speed, forming crawling motion

·Gas enters the oil hydraulic motor; Low return oil back pressure; Large internal leakage; Refit the accumulator to absorb the pulsation of oil pressure provided; Load problem.

3、 Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Axial Plunger Oil Hydraulic Motor I. The rotation speed of oil hydraulic motor is increased, and the output torque is low

·The oil pressure provided is insufficient or the oil flow provided is too small; Large pipeline pressure loss and flow loss; Operating system adjustment component equipment failure; The fusion surface and matching surface of hydraulic motor have serious leakage; The selection of hydraulic oil viscosity is not scientific.

-2. The hydraulic motor is noisy

·The assembly precision of each connector is insufficient; Pipeline looseness and gas infiltration; The internal parts are damaged; Operating system co shock. The rolling bearing is damaged; The top of plunger is seriously damaged;

-3 Large internal and external leakage

·The hydraulic seal is damaged; The internal parts are seriously damaged.
