1、 Basic principles of application

1. Internal curve radial Plunger type hydraulic motor Among the common structures, the beam type internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor and the ball plug type internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor are widely used. When the torque is relatively large, the cross beam type internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor can be used. For relatively small torque, one of the two can be selected at will.

2. The internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor is more suitable for the transmission system with low speed and large torque. If the technical parameters are appropriate, it can directly transmit force without the need for gearbox speed reduction, saving Reducer The utility model has the advantages of small size, compact structure and convenient installation.

3. For the place where the output bearing is subjected to radial force, only the beam type internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor can be selected. The ball plug type internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor cannot be used because it cannot bear this force under normal conditions.

4. For places with high working pressure of the system, for example, when the pressure exceeds 16 MPa, it is suitable to use the cross beam type internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor. If the working pressure is lower than this, one of the two can be selected as required.

2、 Matters needing attention in application

1. The inner curve radial piston hydraulic motor should be filled with clean working oil before use to ensure the lubrication of roller pairs.

2. When using the internal curve radial plunger type hydraulic motor, it is necessary to ensure the corresponding pressure to prevent the roller pair from getting off the slide rail and causing collision, and the pressure working pressure should be increased along with the increase of the rotation speed. The specific pressure value should be in accordance with the requirements in the user manual.

3. The function of the fine adjustment mechanism of the internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor is to keep the oil distribution in an excellent working condition to prevent the phenomenon of rail knocking. The fine adjustment mechanism is usually already adjusted when shipping, and can not be adjusted at will except under special circumstances.

4. The external leakage pipe of the internal curve radial piston type hydraulic motor is required to be connected to the hydraulic oil tank. If it is connected to the oil return pipe, its working pressure must not exceed 1 atmosphere.

5. When the inlet and outlet oil pipes of the internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor are on the oil distribution shaft, a section of high-pressure hose should be connected to ensure that the oil distribution shaft itself is suspended in the oil distribution sleeve, so as to prevent the oil distribution shaft and the oil distribution sleeve from getting stuck.

6. The operating hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system shall be strictly kept clean, and the filtration precision shall not be less than 25 μ m。

7. The output shaft of the cross beam type internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor is allowed to bear the radial force, and the extra large value does not exceed the control value in the manual. When the output shaft of the ball plug type internal curve radial piston hydraulic motor is not supported by bearings, it cannot bear the radial force.

8. The following aspects should be paid attention to when JDM radial plunger hydraulic motor is used.

① When the hydraulic motor is less than 5~20 r/min, it will cause climbing phenomenon, so the mechanical equipment with low speed and high uniformity is not suitable for use.

② The hydraulic motor adopts 4~8 ° e50 (50 ℃ Engler viscosity) non impurity mineral oil, and it is strongly recommended to use No. 68 full consumption system oil. The operating oil temperature is generally 20~50 ℃. No solid residue with a diameter of more than 0.05mm is allowed in the operating oil.

③ The hydraulic motor is allowed to operate under an extremely large working pressure of 22 MPa, but the duration of continuous operation must be reduced to 6 minutes per hour.

④ When the hydraulic motor is connected to the load shaft, the two axes must be coaxial. The hydraulic motor has three oil drain ports, which are connected to the oil drain ports at extremely high positions during operation, and the others are blocked. The overflow working pressure shall not exceed 0.1MPa.

9. The oil outlet of the internal curve radial plunger type hydraulic motor shall have a back pressure of 0.5~1MPa.

The internal curve radial plunger hydraulic motor is an irreversible hydraulic part, and its oil outlet shall have a back pressure of 0.5~1MPa. Prevent the roller pair from getting rid of the guide rail, resulting in noise, collision and component damage.
