1. Planets Reducer The key structure is the planetary gear, which can achieve the actual effect of power separation and multi tooth meshing. It is characterized by high rigidity, high precision, high transmission efficiency, high torque/small size, and lifelong maintenance free. Most of them are installed on stepping motors and AC servo motors to reduce rotation speed, improve torque and match inertia torque.

2. Compared with planetary reducer, ordinary hydraulic reducer has lower precision and transmission efficiency. The price is much lower than that of planetary reducer.

3. Ordinary hydraulic reducer is inclined Gear reducer (including parallel shaft helical gear reducer, worm gear reducer, bevel gear reducer, etc.) Planetary gear reducer Cycloidal pin gear reducer, worm gear reducer, planetary friction mechanical stepless speed reducer, etc. Let's take the worm gear reducer as an example. Its main feature is that it has the opposite direction locking function and can have a relatively large reducer speed ratio. The input shaft and output shaft are not on the same axis, nor on the same surface. However, the general type is relatively large, and the transmission efficiency is not high. The planetary reducer has a compact structure, small return clearance, small size, convenient installation and use, and high bearing capacity. Its main purpose will be more common. It is commonly used in servo, stepping, DC and other transmission devices.

4. From the processing technology of ordinary hydraulic reducer and planetary reducer, the manufacturing process of planetary reducer is refined and has high precision. The housing of planetary reducer is made of nodular cast iron, which greatly improves the rigidity and seismic performance of the housing. At present, its output torque can reach 2600000 Nm at the highest level. The transmission gears are all carburized and surface hardened to obtain a high hardness and wear resistant surface layer. After the heat treatment process of the transmission gears, all the teeth are ground. Therefore, the service life of the transmission gears is longer than that of ordinary hydraulic reducers and the noise generated during operation is relatively small.

Finally, based on the manufacturing process, the performance and price of the planetary reducer will become more economical, but this also depends on the application requirements, the requirements for the precision of the hydraulic reducer and the size of the torque.

5. The deceleration is carried out by means of the transmission gear, but the structure is different. Generally speaking, when viewed from the outside, the planetary reducer is generally "round" in appearance, and the housing of ordinary hydraulic reducer tends to be square. The planetary reducer has a sun wheel and a planet wheel, so it can obtain a larger gear ratio and output torque in a smaller size.
