The hydraulic motor is a high-precision hydraulic system. When using it, the customer must follow its operating methods and safe operating procedures properly and practically, and immediately carry out maintenance.

1. Before installation, check whether the motor is damaged and whether the output shaft is flexible. If the motor is stored for too long, drain the oil in the motor operation and clean it first to prevent the internal motion pairs from sticking. Strictly ensure the cleanliness of the connecting oil hole, and do not allow any solid dirt to enter.

    2. Plane flow distribution cycloid motor It can be installed at will, but the installation support must have sufficient rigidity; The hydraulic motor and load shall be connected by coaxial line to ensure good mutual cooperation. It is not allowed to knock the output shaft; The output shaft can bear a certain amount of axial and radial force, but prevent it, otherwise it will reduce the service life.

3. The oil delivery pipe of the oil drain hole shall be independently connected to the car oil tank to ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed and that the oil drain hole is above the straight line of the shaft. The large water part of the oil discharge pipe shall be higher than the large level part of the motor housing to avoid draining the hydraulic oil in the motor housing; The pressure in the hydraulic motor housing shall not exceed 0.1Mpa. 4. Before the initial operation, the housing of the hydraulic motor shall be filled with hydraulic oil, the pressure of the speed control valve of the oil pipeline provided shall be adjusted to the lower limit, and slowly adjusted to the required pressure after operation.

5. When the hydraulic motor runs continuously for a long time, it is proposed that the applied pressure should be at least 25% less than the rated pressure; Intermittent operation, the applied pressure shall not exceed the rated pressure, and the instantaneous high pressure shall not exceed the high pressure required by the motor.

    6. Cycloidal motor of aerial work vehicle Hydraulic motor During long-term continuous operation, the applied speed ratio shall not exceed the rated speed ratio; The instantaneous speed ratio shall not exceed the high speed ratio required by the motor, otherwise it will exceed the high power of the motor and severely reduce the service life.

7. The hydraulic motor shall be prevented from being used as a pump under working conditions, otherwise it will endanger all its normal applications.

8. Under most working conditions, the viscosity of hydraulic oil should be in the range of 15~1000 centistokes. The ideal temperature of hydraulic oil is 30 ℃~50 ℃, and the allowable temperature is - 20 ℃~80 ℃.

9. Regularly maintain the quality of hydraulic oil. If it exceeds the standard value, replace it with new oil. It is strictly prohibited to mix different types of hydraulic oil, or it will endanger the service life of the motor.

10. 25 is highly recommended for normal industrial grade filtration precision μ m. Check the application of oil filter frequently to ensure that it is cleaned or replaced on time.
