(I) Positive and reverse cycloidal hydraulic motor Working specification of rotary device 1. Selection of working fluid (1). Mineral oil: it is recommended to use mineral based hydraulic oil with high quality, anti plastic foam, anti-oxidation and high pressure additives. The ideal working temperature is 30 ℃ - 50 ℃, the allowable temperature is - 20 ℃ - 80 ℃, the viscosity of hydraulic oil is 40-60 centistokes, and the allowable viscosity is 5-3000 centistokes. (2) Water soluble emulsion, the allowable temperature is 10 ℃ - 60 ℃. 2. Working fluid filtration requirements: it is highly recommended that the filtration precision be 25 μ M or better filtering accuracy.

(2) Start and operation of slewing device 1. Sufficient starting preparation (1). Before starting, first check whether the installation and connection of the slewing device of the four column hydraulic press are proper and firm, and whether the system is accurate. During the first operation, fill the oil hole from the high place of the oil motor with Hydraulic transmission The system software shall use clean and tidy working fluid with consistent model and specification to cover the cap with hydraulic oil. (2) Check whether the oil inlet and outlet direction and the rotation direction of the rotary device meet the requirements of the working condition. (3) The working pressure of the speed control valve of the given oil pipeline should be adjusted to a low value, and gradually adjusted to the required working pressure after operation.

2. Operation (1) Plate port cycloidal hydraulic motor Start the slewing device at full load, gradually increase the speed to the working transmission ratio, run at full load for not less than 20 minutes, then gradually increase it to the working pressure, run for 1-2 hours, and observe whether the slewing device operates normally. (2) During the whole process of operation, check the working condition of the rotary device and system frequently. If abnormal temperature rise, water seepage, vibration and noise are found, or abnormal pulsating drinks are found under working pressure, stop the machine immediately, find out the cause and repair it immediately. (3) Frequently check the height of the liquid level gauge of the automobile oil tank of the slewing device. If many plastic foams are found, stop the vehicle immediately for inspection. (4) Check the product quality standard of hydraulic oil on time. Once it is found that the index value is exceeded, it is necessary to remove the new oil immediately. It is not allowed to use different types of hydraulic oil, or it will damage the performance parameters of the rotary device. The cycle of removing new oil varies according to different working conditions, and the customer can specify it independently according to the details.
