When connecting the oil drain pipe, the resistance of the oil return port should be below 0.3Mpa. It should be independently connected to the hydraulic oil tank and should not be connected in series with other oil return pipes. If the resistance (back pressure) of the oil return port is too high, the technical performance parameters of the motor will be affected.

(4) After motor assembly and before starting, fill the motor housing with clean hydraulic oil from the two oil ports. Rotate the output shaft, and install the machine only if there is no abnormality.

(5) The radial load carried by the motor output shaft cannot exceed the standard value, otherwise it will affect the safety of normal operation of the motor and reduce its service life.

(6) When the motor is put into normal operation for 200h, the oil shall be changed and the oil filter shall be cleaned.

2、 System design

(1) The intermittent working pressure of the motor refers to the allowable working pressure of the motor oil inlet, and the continuous working pressure refers to the pressure difference between the oil inlet and the oil return port.

(2) . It is not allowed to use the motor at the same time under a larger rotating speed and a larger working pressure.

(3) Under the premise of intermittent normal operation, the normal operation duration of the motor shall not exceed 10% per minute.

In addition to maintaining a low back pressure, connecting the external drain pipe can also take away the damaged pollutants in the motor and produce the corresponding cooling effect.

(6) There should be running in time before the normal operation of Magda under full load. It is recommended to run in for 1 hour under 30% of the larger working pressure.

3、 Hydraulic oil

Viscosity is one of the most important performance parameters to be fully considered when selecting hydraulic oil. The selection of viscosity should always be fully considered: the hydraulic oil must be sufficiently thin to facilitate circulation. But at the same time, it must be thick enough to facilitate the sealing and maintain a layer of lubricating film between the rolling bearing and the sealing surface.
