Basic principles of construction

Under the action of hydraulic pressure, the plunger cylinder with pressure oil forms a driving force P on the plunger body. This driving force is affected by the crankshaft connecting rod at the core of the transmission shaft, making the output shaft rotate. At the same time, the oil distribution plate rotates with it. When the plunger body reaches the bottom dead center, the plunger cylinder is connected to the oil return hole by the oil distribution plate, and the plunger is pushed up by the transmission shaft. At this time, the hydraulic oil after work returns to the hydraulic oil tank through the oil distribution plate. Each plunger body is connected with large and small pressure oil one by one, and the driving torque formed by each plunger body on the core of the output shaft is accumulated in the same direction, so that the motor output shaft can obtain continuous and stable rotating torque. When the liquid outlet angle is changed, the rotation angle of the motor can be changed. If the oil distribution plate is rotated 180 °, the motor can also be changed.

Operation methods and common precautions

1. Before assembly, check whether the motor is damaged and whether the output shaft is flexible. If the motor has been stored for too long, drain and clean the oil in the motor operation first to avoid sticking of internal motion pairs. Strictly ensure the cleanliness of the connecting oil hole, and do not allow any solid impurities to enter.

It is not allowed to knock the output shaft; The output shaft can bear fixed axial and radial forces, but try to avoid them, otherwise the service life will be shortened.

3. The oil pipe of the oil drain hole shall be connected to the hydraulic oil tank independently to ensure that the pipeline is unobstructed and that the oil drain hole is above the horizontal plane of the shaft. The higher water part of the oil drain pipe shall be higher than the higher technical level part of the motor housing to avoid draining the hydraulic transmission oil in the motor housing; The working pressure in the housing of the hydraulic motor should not exceed 0.1Mpa. When the working pressure in the housing of the motor exceeds 0.1Mpa, we should communicate with the manufacturer for discussion.

4. Before the initial operation, the casing of the hydraulic motor shall be filled with hydraulic transmission oil, the working pressure of the overflow valve of the oil supply pipeline shall be adjusted to the low point, and gradually adjusted to the required working pressure after the operation.

5. When the hydraulic motor runs continuously for a long time, the working pressure can be reduced by more than 25% compared with the rated working pressure; For intermittent operation, the working pressure shall not exceed the rated working pressure, and the instantaneous higher working pressure shall not exceed the higher working pressure specified by the motor.

6. When the hydraulic motor runs continuously for a long time, the rotation speed should not exceed the rated value; The instantaneous rotation speed shall not exceed the higher rotation speed specified by the motor in writing, otherwise it will exceed the rated power of the motor and severely shorten the service life.

8. Under most working conditions, the viscosity of hydraulic transmission oil should be within the range of 15~1000 centistokes. The ideal ambient temperature of hydraulic transmission oil is 30C~50C, and the allowable ambient temperature is - 20C~80C.

9. Regularly maintain and check the product quality of hydraulic transmission oil. If it exceeds the standard value, remove and replace the oil. It is strictly prohibited to mix different types of hydraulic transmission oil, otherwise the service life of the motor will be affected.

10. The normal industrial filtration precision is recommended to be 25 microns. The use of the oil filter should be regularly tested to ensure regular cleaning or replacement.
