1. Under the necessary condition that the gate valve of the main control circuit, load valve and other spare parts are intact, block the oil inlet pipe and the motor jack (no oil leakage), and accurately measure the great pressure of the oil passage when the motor is rotating and rotating; Then connect the motor pipeline to accurately measure the pressure under load; Finally, we can distinguish the common problem parts by comparing the accurate measured values with the standard specifications.
2. Because the insufficient flow or low pressure of the hydraulic pump will reduce the output power of the motor, torque and transmission ratio in addition, accurate flow measurement and accurate pressure measurement should be carried out smoothly.

If the clearance between the port shaft and the rotor hole exceeds 0.6mm, or the port hole in the rotor has a groove along the circumference; When the clearance between the gear pump and the rotor exceeds 0.05mm, and the clearance between the roller square shaft and the guide rail exceeds 0.05mm, the trend diagram motor in the low speed gear with large torque will be unable to rotate. 4. The inclined disc radial piston pump motor, after long-term high-speed operation, will expand the clearance of the roller bearing at the support point of the motor output shaft, and the clearance of the hydraulic rubber track chassis for axial accurate positioning will exceed the compensation value of the large saucer shaped bullet; Check the engine oil pan (rotor) and flow distribution. Because the four butterfly springs on the precise positioning rod of the management office could not press the rotor cylinder to the flow distribution plate normally (the fatigue strength and ductility of the butterfly spring were reduced, the motor could work normally under the hot state, and the deformation of the butterfly spring would increase under the hot state), the professional ability of flow distribution was reduced, resulting in the motor's inability to operate. When the clearance between the rotor and the cylinder hole exceeds 0.05mm, or the damage exceeds the index value, the motor will be weak and operate slowly.
