How to effectively select a more suitable model and specification for server working conditions? First of all, we should consider improving transmission efficiency. For the working conditions with low transmission efficiency, low speed ratio, and large torque, the key factor endangering the overall transmission efficiency is capacity efficiency. For hydraulic control valves with the same transmission output power, reducing the working pressure of the system software can significantly improve capacity efficiency. When the transmission output power is smaller, the lower the speed ratio, the lower the working pressure will be more beneficial. On the other hand, for the working conditions with high transmission output power and high speed, the key factor endangering the overall efficiency of transmission is mechanical energy, so the model with rated pressure of 16 or 20MPa should be used. Secondly, for the working conditions with low gear reliability provisions, the greater the hydraulic motor air displacement, the better the low gear reliability, and it is also related to the working pressure. The lower the working pressure, the better the low gear reliability.

2. How to select an effective model and specification for a number of different hydraulic motors with the same displacement? This is related to the application conditions and service life regulations. For the mechanical equipment with short working hours in the short term, the model with small base number can be used. For the mechanical equipment with long daily total operation time and long service life, the model with large base number should be used as far as possible, High pressure models and specifications should be used when necessary, but when applied under lower pressure standards, the service life can be significantly improved. Because the service life of QJM hydraulic motor is inversely proportional to the application pressure to the power of 3.3, that is, the application pressure is reduced by half, and the service life can be increased by 10 times.
