1、 When it is necessary to start the application with full load, pay attention to the starting torque of the hydraulic motor. Since the starting torque of the hydraulic motor is shorter than the rated torque, if ignored, the organization may not be able to operate during work.

2、 Because the back pressure of the hydraulic motor is higher than the atmospheric pressure, the discharge oil pipes of the motor need to be led back to the car oil tank independently, and cannot be connected with the return oil pipe of the hydraulic motor.

3、 Because there is always leakage in the hydraulic motor, close the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic motor to carry out the braking system, and it will still move slowly. When it is necessary to brake the system for a long time, the braking system to avoid rotation should be set again.

4、 When the inertia force of the driven part is large (inertia torque is large or speed is high), if the braking system or regular and sequential running is achieved within a specified short period of time, a valve (buffer valve) should be set in the oil return passage to avoid the destruction of safety accidents caused by large amplitude of hydraulic machine impact.

5、 When the hydraulic motor is used as the driving force of the lifting or walking equipment, the speed limit valve should be set as far as possible to avoid speeding when the lifting object drops quickly or the lifting mechanism such as the car goes downhill, which will lead to major accidents.

6、 When applying quantitative analysis of motor, if starting and parking stability are expected, necessary working pressure control or flow control measures shall be selected in the design scheme of control circuit. The system software shall select the leakage flow characteristics and rolling friction torque damage characteristics of the low-speed range of the hydraulic motor. The flow adjustment equipment of the system software includes pump control, valve control, flow valve speed regulating valve control, and the output flow characteristics of low flow relative to the flow required in the low-speed range of the motor. It endangers the flow characteristics of the hydraulic motor speed change equations.
