If the above conditions are ignored, the motor will be damaged.

If it is specified that the motor is overloaded for a long time and has a relatively satisfactory service life, then the torque and speed ratio index values obtained from the commercial sample plate can only meet the application requirements, and it is not enough. It is necessary to select the product series whose performance parameters are higher than the first gear. Similarly, if the motor often works at a low level, you can select a sample version to get a product series with lower performance parameters. An example is the use of hydraulic motor to drive the winch. The electric winch manufacturer uses the WhiteRS series motor. Although the main working parameters exceed the technical parameters obtained from the sample, everything can still work normally. Because the motor application level is often very low, and the delay time of each operation is very short, no matter the characteristics or service life can be relatively satisfactory. The motors selected in that way can significantly reduce the purchase cost.

When the air displacement and torque of the motor come from the condition of "two possibilities", the working load cycle system, working pressure and total flow become the decision elements for selecting the most suitable hydraulic motor to give the working standard.

How many motors can be connected in series in one application?

Under normal conditions, only one motor inlet is likely to have a large working pressure, which does not exceed the allowable continuous working pressure of the motor with the lowest rated working pressure in the serial oil passage. There is no limit to the total number of motors that can be connected in series in the system. In order to make the motors in serial operation work better, it is strongly recommended to select the motors of HB, DR and DT series products, and external leakage oil pipeline should be connected.
