What are the common faults of BMR cycloidal hydraulic motor in use? What is the treatment method?

1. Causes of motor oil leakage:

(1) Oil leakage at shaft end: It is mainly because the oil seal and output shaft are in constant sliding friction during normal operation of the motor, which will inevitably cause damage to the contact surface between the oil seal and the shaft. If it exceeds the corresponding level, the oil seal will lose its sealing effect, resulting in oil leakage. Treatment: Replace the oil seal. If the output shaft is damaged seriously, replace the output shaft together.

(2) Oil leakage at the cover: the "O" ring at the lower side of the cover is crushed or aged, and the sealing effect is lost. The probability of this condition is very low. If it is caused, it is only necessary to replace the "O" ring.

(3) Motor gap oil leakage: the "O" ring between the motor housing and the front side plate, or between the front side plate and the stator body, or between the stator body and the rear side plate causes aging or crushing. If this condition is caused, only replace the "O" ring.

2. Causes of motor running weakly:

(1) The matching of stator body is too loose: it is mainly because all parts of Madane are in the condition of sliding friction when the motor is running. If the quality of hydraulic transmission oil in the system is too poor, it will accelerate the damage of parts in the motor. When the needle column inside the stator is damaged beyond the corresponding degree, the gap inside the stator body may be expanded, and the actual effect of conventional oil sealing cannot be achieved, which will lead to excessive internal leakage of the motor. The reaction is that the motor operates normally without load, but the voice will be slightly larger than that of the conventional motor, and the motor will be weak or slow under load. The solution is to replace the needle column.

(2) Damage between the output shaft and the housing: the primary cause of the system failure is that the hydraulic transmission oil is impure and contains impurities and residues, which causes concave grooves in the housing to be polished, resulting in the expansion of the internal leakage of the motor, thus causing the motor to be weak. The processing method is to replace the housing or the whole match.

3. Reasons for large motor leakage:

(1) The clearance between the matching parallel planes of the stator body is too large: the clearance between the parallel planes of the stator body of the BMR series motor should be approximately adjusted within the range of 0.03mm-0.04mm (slightly different depending on the displacement). If the clearance exceeds 0.04, it may be found that the leakage of the motor is significantly expanded, which will also affect the output torque of the motor. In addition, it is mainly because most users will plug the outlet when using BMR series motors. When the outlet pressure exceeds 1MPa, it may cause great pressure on the seal and then cause oil leakage of the seal. Treatment method: grind the parallel surface of the stator body, so that the clearance between it and the cycloid wheel is adjusted within the required range.

(2) The clearance between the output shaft and the housing is too large: when the clearance between the output shaft and the housing is large enough to meet the requirements, it may be found that the leakage of the motor increases significantly (more obvious than the reason 1). Solution: Replace the output shaft with a new one to match the housing.

(3) The "O" ring with too large diameter is used: when the "O" ring is too thick, the parallel plane of the parts may not be normally matched, and there is a relatively large gap, causing the motor leakage to expand. Most of these situations are rare. The solution is to replace the "O" ring that completely meets the specifications and models.

(4) The fastening screw is not fastened: the fastening screw is not fastened, which will cause that the parallel plane of the parts can not be normally matched, and there is corresponding gap, which will cause large leakage of the motor. The solution is to tighten the screws within the agreed torque range.

4. Reasons for motor not rotating or creeping movement:

(1) The clearance between the matching parallel planes of the stator body is too small: as previously mentioned, the clearance between the matching parallel planes of the BMR series motor and the sub body should be approximately adjusted within the range of 0.03mm-0.04mm. If the clearance is less than 0.03, it is possible that the cycloid wheel may bite the front side plate or the rear side plate. At this time, it will be seen that the motor operation is not balanced or is stuck, If the condition is serious, the motor will bite directly and stop rotating. Solution: Grind the parallel surface of cycloidal gear to make the gap between it and the parallel surface of stator body within the standard range.

(2) Tight fastening screw: Tight fastening screw will cause the parallel plane of parts to be cut too tightly, which will cause the motor to run smoothly or to be blocked directly. The solution is to tighten the screws within the required torque range.

(3) Mutually worn output shaft and housing: when the clearance between the output shaft and housing is too small, the motor may bite or crawl, and this may also happen when the hydraulic oil contains impurities and residues. Solution The output shaft can only be changed to match the housing.

5. Other common fault problems:

(1) Output shaft disconnection: mainly because the output shaft of the BMR series motor is welded by the exposed shaft and the internal oil distribution part, so the advantages and disadvantages of the welding part and the effect of the external force will directly affect the service life of the shaft. This fault problem is also common, and if it occurs, the output shaft can only be changed.

(2) Drive shaft disconnection: the drive shaft is a shaft that connects the cycloid wheel and the output shaft. Its function is to transmit the rotation of the cycloid wheel to the output shaft. When the motor is under high load for a normal period of time, or the output shaft suffers an external reverse force, the drive shaft may be disconnected. The transmission shaft is disconnected - generally, the teeth of the output shaft and the cycloid gear are all bitten off. The solution is to change the transmission shaft. If other parts are damaged, they should be changed together.

(3) Disconnection of shaft stop: the shaft stop is located on the output shaft to stabilize the bearing (all BMR series products are 6206 bearings). The shaft block is relatively brittle. When the output shaft is impacted by a longitudinal force, it is very easy to cause the shaft block to break, while debris will cause higher failure problems, such as: debris punctures the oil seal, entering the bearing will cause the bearing to bite, causing the output shaft to bite. The solution is to change the shaft and gear if the fault becomes lighter, or change the parts according to the damaged level.

(4) Bluing fracture: the fault is also relatively common, which is mainly caused by the impact of the motor or the product quality problem of the casting itself. The workaround is to change the shell.
