There are two ways to repair it. Let's have a look.

When the stator (oil distribution shaft) suffers from the effect of axial unbalanced hydraulic working pressure, it is easy to wear with the cylinder (rotor) hole. The gap after wear cannot be compensated, and the leakage is large. The basic principle of reproduction repair is to repair the original clearance between the rotor and stator. Under the standard of not endangering the bending stiffness of the cylinder body, the cylinder body shall be bored and processed according to the wear condition, and the stator (oil distribution shaft) shall be plated with hard chrome and machined to repair the original characteristics of the parts and the clearance between them.

2. The repair of the inner bevel stator and plunger pump comes from the high pressure oil of the hydraulic oil pump, which is distributed to the axial piston on the cylinder block (rotor) through the oil inlet of the stator oil distribution shaft. The other end of the piston is connected to the roller. The roller clings to the inner bevel stator with axial force travel arrangement through the condensing type, and the piston is at the bottom dead center. When the roller is in contact with the high point of the inner slope of the stator, the piston is at the bottom dead center, and the hydraulic oil pressed back flows to the car oil tank through the return inlet port on the oil distribution shaft. According to the driver torque caused by the repeated movement of each piston in the cylinder (rotor) hole, the driver cylinder (rotor) rotates and is transmitted from the main shaft bearing. If the plunger pump and the rotor hole are seriously worn, it will harm the motor torque and speed ratio pulsating drinks. If the roller component at the front of the plunger pump and the sliding rail at the inner slope of the stator are severely worn, It can also lead to working pressure, pulsating drinks and shock conditions. The overall wear of the inner inclined plane stator is serious, and the stator components must be removed and replaced Hydraulic motor Part of the wear shall be repaired by laser cladding wear-resistant aluminum alloy. The wear of piston holes on the piston and rotor exceeds the limit. Boring production and processing shall be carried out for the piston holes. In addition, the pistons with increased specifications shall be replaced. The wear of some pistons and holes exceeds the limit, and independent production and processing shall be adopted.
